I still remember the first time I saw ancient statues, I was in the Vatican Museum and I was a child. Those marble giants were not just silent witness of their time but it seemed like I could hear their voices talking to me from the past. Was it that a decisive moment in my life? Probably it was! I graduated in Art History at Rome University and while waiting to find a "real" job I started to work as a guide and, little by little, it became my job! The tour includes: -Vatican Museums with: Courtyard of Pigna Courtyard Ottagono Pio Clementino Museum Gallery of Animals Gallery of Muses Gallery Rotonda Candelabra Museum Tapestry Museum Gallery of the Maps -Sistine Chapel -St. Peter's Basilica, also inside -St. Peter's Square -The itinerary can be customized according to your requests -The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel are closed on SUNDAYS and Catholic Holidays. -Please write to me if you use or need a wheelchair, the itinerary could be changed . -Please bring a copy of your passport (paper copy or photo on your phone), the tickets are nominal and a copy of your documents must be show. -The Vatican DRESS CODE is strict and requires shoulders and knees covered: low cut or sleeveless clothing, shorts, miniskirts, and hats for men are not allowed . Only small bags/backpacks are permitted (size 40x35x15). -For security reasons, all visitors are to be screened with Metal Detectors.
