I still remember the first time I saw ancient statues, I was in the Vatican Museum and I was a child. Those marble giants were not just silent witness of their time but it seemed like I could hear their voices talking to me from the past. Was it that a decisive moment in my life? Probably it was! I graduated in Art History at Rome University and while waiting to find a "real" job I started to work as a guide and, little by little, it became my job! Patrizia knew so many in an outs and how to get around the crowds with ease. She tailored it to things we had not seen before. Patricia also gave a great explanation of what we see now and what was before. The book she used to help illustrate the changes through the centuries was amazing. Would not hesitate to tour with her again.
