Paolo was a fabulous guide and we really enjoyed our tour with him. His depth of knowledge on Ancient Rome, the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum was astounding and he was genuinely interested in sharing that knowledge and helping us to understand and visualise life during the Roman Empire. His use of the IPad to contextualise the ruins we were looking at was fantastic. I would 100% recommend him as a guide. We had a great day!
Very informative tour. Engaging for kids. The heat, unfortunately, took out a few members of our party who departed early. Pablo was kind enough to wrap it up faster for those who completed the tour.

Paolo was simply great! We had an outstanding experience on this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Meeting at the Arch of Constantine set the stage perfectly for an unforgettable journey through some of the most iconic sites in the world. Exploring the Colosseum—one of the Seven Wonders of the World—was truly remarkable. Walking through the first and second levels brought history vividly to life- pay the extra and visit the arena floor it was worth the $$$. The tour continued seamlessly through Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum, where we explored the Imperial Palaces, Farnese Gardens, and breathtaking panoramic views over the city. Seeing landmarks such as the Senate, basilicas, temples, triumphal arches, and the site of Julius Caesar’s cremation made ancient Rome feel incredibly tangible. Our guide was enthusiastic, passionate, and highly knowledgeable, bringing each location to life with engaging storytelling and insightful context.
