Hello, a real tour in Tuscany is not complete without a good glass of wine! Pisa, my city, is a small great jewel of the Middle Ages and walking among the monuments of the Piazza del Duomo is an emotion that still makes me happy. The streets of the market, the Renaissance squares, the university district: everything is art, life and ancient flavors. That's what I want you to find out. After a wonderful morning of art and a little taste of local products, we will get lost in the soft Tuscan hills, up to one of the most famous wineries where we will taste the nectar of the gods: the Tuscan wine! Your Livorno tour itinerary
A private driver meets you at your dock. Which will take you to pisa (30 minutes from Livorno, 1h and 15 minutes from La Spezia). This is our itinerary 1. Piazza dei Miracoli and the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. 2. Baptistery and the Cathedral of Pisa. Have you ever heard the baptistery echo? 3. The old city city center, starting from Piazza dei Cavalieri, symbol of the power of the Medici family and today the seat of the most prestigious university in Italy, the Scuola Normale Superiore. 4. Borgo Stretto and the house of Galileo Galilei 5. We will taste some Cecina, called the Gold of the Pisans, a savory tart prepared with chickpea flour. 6. The Lungarno, where the river Arno flows. We will drive to Terricciola, the homeland of the Chianti hills of Pisa - We will have a wine tasting and light lunch (tell me about allergies) - We'll go back tho the port of Livorno (or La Spezia) Please, if you have any special requests, such as "climbing the tower of Pisa", do not hesitate to ask me for a quote.
