Greetings, dear guests! It'll be my pleasure to host you in Dubrovnik during your stay! I am Ivana and I am an official licensed guide for Dubrovnik and Dubrovnik-Neretva County. Before I decided to become a full-time tour guide, I was studying at American College of Management and Technology in Dubrovnik, division of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) where I majored in Small Business. After graduation, for several years I was working in management of one Croatian hotel chain when I decided to make a big career change and pursue new adventures. I enjoy my job in such extent I stopped considering it a job long time ago. Every day is an opportunity to meet new people from all over the world which is one of the greatest benefits of this job. During the guiding, I try to depict what life used to be like in old Ragusa and what life is like today in Dubrovnik. Of course, ages, years, architectural styles are all equally important, but without the perspective of any given era, guiding becomes a dull historical class which is definitely not my style. I take advantage of every winter, when business is a bit slower (we are mainly a summer destination), to travel around to wherever and to catch up on my reading. What intrigues me the most are Dubrovnik's legends and stories one cannot easily access on the Internet. I am not focused only on history, I also do Game of Thrones tours that are vastly popular in Dubrovnik (or should I say, King's Landing) - on this tour I take you to filming sites and locations and share stories from the set. The rest of my tour offers are available on the page here where you can check them out in more detail. If there is anything more you'd like to find out about me or the tours I offer, you can contact me on this page as well. I am looking forward to meeting you and being your guide here in Dubrovnik! Yours truly, Ivana Official licensed tour guide for Dubrovnik-Neretva County I am a licensed guide, and have no restrictions.

I will take you down the shiny limestone streets of the old town, and also reveal to you the pulse of the city and spots where us locals like to hide away from the world. If you were wondering who the people living within old city walls for centuries were and why Dubrovnik is so appealing to worldwide travellers, I will gladly show you from the first hand as I share my stories with you that cannot be traced on Wikipedia or Google - they come from my experience, hundreds of historical books I've read and the life I live in the amazing Ragusa. My goal is to acquaint you with my city, to show you the streets from a local perspective, bring history to life and entertain you, because when you listen to my stories about Dubrovnik, they will teleport you back and forth between the present and the past. What the lessons are that old Ragusa can teach everyone even nowadays ? The answers are available on my tour and I believe they will amaze and inspire you.
Some of the spots we'll see on this tour: - Pile Gate - main entrance to the Old Town - Onofrio's Fountain - taps encircling the fountain provide people of Dubrovnik with drinking water for almost 600 years until this present day - Stradun Street - main street of the Old Town - Prijeko Street - also known as the restaurant street, you will see why on the tour - Rector's Palace - today a museum, but once this was the pillar of Dubrovnik's domestic and international political power - Dubrovnik Cathedral - its dome is dominant on many tourist and professional photos - Farmer's market - if you take my tour by 11 am, we'll be able to see the marketplace where locals sell their home grown fruits and vegetables and we'll roam around the market for a bit Is there a location in Dubrovnik on your bucket list and you don't see it mentioned above? Let me know, I am flexible and I can tailor the tour entirely to your preference, just let me know. It will be a pleasure to host you in my town.

During this tour, we will visit the locations and sites on foot. Although Dubrovnik in general has many stairs, we'll stay mostly on flat surfaces with only some stairs along our way.
Airport: ,Cruise: ,ByGuide: Pile square, in front of Nautika restaurant is the default meeting place, but I am also flexible and I can meet you on some other spot as well, just contact me before the tour which spot is the most convenient for you. Should you require pick up, let me know so I can organize transportation for you. If you don't contact me about the desired meeting place, I will assume it's Pile Square, in front of Nautika restaurant where I will be waiting for you with your name on a paper so you can easily recognize me.
