Greetings my dear visitor! Ever since I can remember I love storytelling and foreign languages, so it was obvious from the early beginnings what I will do in my life. On the streets of Dubrovnik was where I made my first steps, where I got my first bruises and broken tooth. Within these walls is where I had my first crush, very first night out and where I took the first pictures of my kids. I find my life engraved in these stones. I started guiding in 2001 when I worked as a tour escort for the overland tours throughout former Yugoslav republics. Graduated at the Faculty of foreign trade and tourism and in 2007 I became licensed local guide for Dubrovnik and Neretva county. If you would like to hear stories beyond the descriptions that can be found in guidebooks and learn all about the plague, the feminism, the customs, if you would like to know why we take coffee so serious and how do we wear the high heels in a city with over 5000 steps you are in a right place! Hope you will join one of my tours and let me make you never want to leave this place! - Licensed Tour Guide for Dubrovnik - Neretva County since 2007 - Tour escort since 2001 - Master Degree in Economy / Tourism - President of Bus companies union for Dubrovnik - Neretva County - Authorized for port entry with a vehicle so I will meet the cruise guests by the gangway - Licensed bus owner - Digital marketing specialist

The Republic of Dubrovnik, has always been ahead of their times! Small city-republic as a stronghold on the intersection between two worlds, between the religions. When you visit Dubrovnik in most jewelry shops you will find corals, nothing strange! But do you know that two young Jewish men taught the citizens of Dubrovnik how to dive the corals and how to polish them in order to get permission to settle here? When you cross the main gate you will be surrounded with dozens of Catholic churches, but between them stands the first Synagogue in Europe! Dubrovnik Jewish heritage tour will take you for a stroll through 600 years old tradition of the Jewish community in Dubrovnik. We will take a stroll through the Old town and take water from the fountain built for the Jewish community. We will visit the Synagogue and dive into several centuries old stories on Jewish history in Dubrovnik. The visit is entirely through the pedestrian zone, no transportation needed nor possible. Sturdy shoes recommended
The suggested itinerary is for 120 minutes or 2 hours, as follows, and can be customized upon request: 10:00 meeting point at Pile Gate (pedestrian zone) 10:20 visit to Kolorina bay to see the place where the first members of Jewish community had their residences 10:45 on our way to the Old town, at the very entrance we will stop and take the water from the fountain 11:15 stroll through the Old Town 12:00 visit to the Synagogue (shoulders and knees have to be covered) There is a significant amount of steps inside the Synagogue and no elevators
