Hello dear guests! My name is Marijana, your private tourist guide in Dubrovnik. I was born in Dubrovnik in 1984, studied Aquaculture at the University of Dubrovnik and graduated in 2007. From the same University in 2014, I obtained a licence to become a tourist guide - one of the best decisions of my life! In these few years I've been a guide, I have had the pleasure to meet hundreds of people from all over the world by working for a number of tourist agencies. I find this job to be dynamic, interesting, responsible and above all fun - it is hard to even think of it as a job. It is an opportunity for me to teach my guests about our culture, history, traditions and everyday life. By choosing a private tour you get the chance to see Dubrovnik and the area around it through the eyes of a local and I have the chance to see it through yours and fall in love with it every day all over again. Believe me, Dubrovnik really has a way of making you fall in love with it! Are you interested in sightseeing, culture, history, traditions, cuisine. . . ? If so, you can choose one of my tours listed below or simply contact me and together we will tailor something that suits your needs, interests and time you have here. It would be my pleasure to be your guide! I look forward to meeting you - see you in Dubrovnik, Marijana Licensed tourist guide for Dubrovnik region since 2014 Member of Dubrovnik Tourist Guide Association B.A.degree in Aquaculture at the University of Dubrovnik For those of you coming via cruise ship, I will be waiting for you in front of the border crossing (not far from the ship;the one next to the main bus station) as only big tourist agencies are granted entrance to the harbour

Make your visit complete by getting to know Dubrovnik from inside, out and above! Srdj hill is where, not so long ago, brave hearts defended us and it's a perfect spot to explain how it was like growing up during the Homeland war years ago, while enjoying breathtaking views today. Find out what makes our main thoroughfare - Stradun - shine and what it was other than the stone of the City Walls that ensured the freedom of the once brilliant Dubrovnik Republic. While walking the Walls you will see Dubrovnik for what it is, a City with a soul, not just a pretty face! Allow me to share with you the biggest challenges, the highest achievements, the most beautiful views of my City and imprint it in your mind forever.
Marijana made our stop in Dubrovnik a highlight of our entire trip around Croatia. She tailored the tour to our needs and ensured we saw the sights that were top on our list. Extremely knowledgeable on the history, great communication, and very thoughtful to my physical restrictions (knee issues). We highly recommend her for your tour guide!
Super congenial, organized, and informative. Top notch 4 hour tour of heights over the city & walking elevated old town walls.
Highly recommend!!! Sparkling personality! Marijana was knowledgeable and a great storyteller. She also has a great sense of humor. She drove us to a breathtaking overlook of the old city. Then we proceeded on foot to explore all of old town. An AMAZING 4 hours of history, fun-facts, and laughter.
Marijana is an excellent guide and our tour of Dubrovnik was both informative and fun. Marijana shared lots of stories that gave us insight into Dubrovnik’s history, culture, economy and what life is like for its residents. Marijana is incredibly personable, friendly and funny, and is able to connect easily with people of all age groups. Plus, she knows the perfect photo locations and took great group photos of us. Highly recommend this experience!
We had a wonderful experience with Marijana in Dubrovnik. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and made the city’s history truly interesting. The tour was well organized, relaxed, and enjoyable from start to finish. We learned a lot and would highly recommend Marijana.
Marijana made the sweltering heat bearable, with her knowledge, personality, sense of humor and Croatian pride. She made us feel like we were touring with an old friend. We would DEFINITELY recommend her services for an exceptional experience. Emu
