Hi dear guests, My name is Darko and I was born and raised in Dubrovnik where I have spent most of my life. My home town, its medieval city walls and its picturesque surroundings are something that I have always found magically enchanting. That is one of the reasons why I chose to spend the last 19 years of my life working in tourism. At the beginning I worked as a professional driver/guide, and since 2014 as a licensed tourist guide. All of these have given me the possibility to do something that fulfills me, and makes me really happy: exploring my country, presenting it to our guests, meeting new people from different parts of the world. . . But most of all I enjoy having direct contact with the guests, and creating customized tours that can suite a wide range of their wishes. Dear travelers, this is THE tour for all of You who would like to see a bit of everything in Dubrovnik, without too much walking or without walking at all !!! Within four hours I will introduce you with the old as well as the new part of Dubrovnik, its historical uniqueness and now days. You will enjoy the best panoramic view points of Dubrovnik, see local areas and learn where and how do most of us, locals actually live. Near the old town you will see the old hospital where I was born, today Dubrovnik's university. Just like this, I have witnessed many changes in my home town and I'll be happy to share the stories with you ! We can always take a drink break in one of the local bars, or somewhere by the sea, out of crowds where I can tell you more about Dubrovnik's history, culture, tradition, festivities, habits and way of life. Pick up at any preferred location in Dubrovnik ( hotel, accommodation, cruise ship port ). - Panoramic drive above the new and the old part of Dubrovnik. - Panoramic stops on the best view points in Dubrovnik, like the new bridge above the main bay and port, on top of the Srđ hill - next to the homeland war museum, where Dubrovnik cable car goes as well, so you don't need to wait in the cure for the bird's eye view of the Old Town. - Brief walk around the main Old Town sites like Stradun street, Old port, old outdoor market ( opened during morning hours ) and in front of the Sponza palace, St. Blaise church, City bell tower, Franciscan monastery, Orlando's column with the story behind all of the sites, unless you would like to skip walking around the old town. - Optional drink brake at any place you might find interesting. - Drop of at any preferred location in Dubrovnik.
