Nowadays, I specialize in guiding around Chile's capital city, Santiago, focusing on our local food due to my background as a professional chef after working in restaurants and hotels in my 15 years of living in the USA, and letting you appreciate our exquisite wine with in-depth knowledge of the best vineyards surrounding Santiago and the central valleys, such as Casablanca, Maipo and Colchagua.
