Flavia was prompt and personable. She was very knowledgeable and patient as we were easily distracted by the overwhelming number of shops with 400 beers and so much chocolate. She managed to steer us to most of the sights of the beautiful UNESCO city of Bruges. Thank you Flavia. I would heartily recommend her guiding services. I prefer local guides to that of being in a herd of people following a flag with little time to stop and sample the wonderful local flavors.

Roger is a very professional, thoughtful, and well prepared guide. We would definitely recommend him. He was attentive to our desires and was very flexible and did not hesitate to change the itinerary when more time was requested at certain sites. He shared with us facts that are not readily apparent which enhanced our time with him. We also appreciated his notebook filled with photos of the works of art the we would be seeing so that he could give us a mini lesson before our viewing. Thanks Roger!
