Flavia was an exceptional guide who went above and beyond! My wife and I had visited Brugge twice before but wanted her parents to experience the joy and wonder with a professional guide. Flavia was a perfect choice and we learned many new things and saw new sights too! When messaging Flavia in the months leading up to our tour, she was even able to arrange private transportation for us from Brussels to Brugge & then from Brugge to Antwerp. Flavia knew this city so well &really connected with our family in a personal way. When I mentioned that we loved the Hallmark movie "Love, Romance & Chocolate", Flavia took us to the chocolate shop used for filming and introduced us to the owner! She showed us on a map which route we took as she highlighted it & called out areas to visit on our own. She provided great restaurant recommendations too! Flavia was excellent & we loved the tour!
