Flavia was a wonderful guide. She tailored the tour to our interests, even stopping for us to sample a beer in a popular local watering hole. She always had a spot we could check out if it suddenly starting pouring (it did!) Her knowledge of the history of the city and its medieval heritage was comprehensive. Thank you again for a wonderful morning and the perfect introduction to Ghent!

Flavia was an outstanding guide for us in the historic section of Ghent. We met Flavia at the train station (we traveled in from Brussels) and we all took the tram to the historic area. Her knowledge of Ghent's history was complete and seemed to have the answer for any questions we had. She provided a route for us to follow at the end of the tour which rounded out our visit. She kept the pace steady but comfortable for four seniors. Her understanding of the many symbols and carvings on buildings made us feel we were getting special insights, We strongly recommend Flavia for anyone who wants to get a personalized tour of Ghent - a memorable city.
We really enjoyed learning about Ghent and the historical differences between Ghent and Bruges and it was a huge benefit having Flavia for both of these tours. We spent an afternoon in Ghent and a full day tour in Bruges. Both were great and we highly recommend Flavia as your tour guide.
