Absolutely amazing. Erik was very nice and knowledgeable. He arrived early which was appreciated. We didn’t have a very nice weather during our tour, it was raining, very windy and very cold. Erik was very attentive into helping us find a place to have a good hot chocolate and then coffee later on as well as recommending some good restaurants in Brussels. He took us to the most iconic places in Brugge, we walked into beautiful buildings full of history. We chose not to walk in Gent due to the heavy rain but we did go through town in the zar. I absolutely recommend Erik as your tour guide. I read literally hundreds of reviews about tour operators and guides before booking this one and I was gladly impressed.
