Hi, I’m Flavia, a passionate tour guide in Belgium, dedicated to creating unique, tailor-made experiences. Whether you’re interested in history, food, scenic bike tours, or tracing your Belgian ancestry. My goal is to offer you more than just a tour— I design personalized journeys that make every moment unforgettable. Originally from Argentina, my passion for guiding began long before I moved to Belgium. With a master’s degree in Tourism and over 15 years of experience, I’ve led travelers through diverse cultural experiences worldwide. In 2008, a life-changing trip brought me to Belgium, where I fell in love—not just with the country but also with my partner, a local. Together, we traveled the world before settling in Bruges in 2009, embracing its medieval charm as our home. From romantic anniversary walks to surprise proposals, genealogical tours, antique hunting, and special event experiences, I help craft extraordinary moments with care and creativity. Whether exploring Flanders’ rich heritage or simply enjoying a perfect day at your own pace, I ensure a seamless and memorable journey. Let’s create an adventure that’s truly yours! From Bruges with love… ❤️

Overview of your Bruges tour

The cities of Bruges and Ghent are quite similar in size, history and charm. Both have amazing churches, and impressive Belfry, canals, lovely houses and beautiful old squares. They have famous Unesco recognized landmarks. They also have a great food and drinks culture ( Belgium beers, fries, waffles and chocolate) How can you ever decide which city to visit in one day. . . How about both? The best option to visit both cities is by train. They have a really good connection only 30' and every half hour a train between Bruges and Ghent. Since April 2017, Ghent have new mobility rules, the pedestrian zone in the center was doubled in size with less cars and only the bikes and the tram arrive in the center! Getting around in Bruges by car isn't easy, a lot of bikes and horse carriages always in the old part is terrible for the traffic and for the pedestrian too!

This tour was absolutely packed with great sights and information, and we enjoyed every minute of it! We learned so much about both Bruges and Ghent and got to see places we likely would’ve missed on our own. Flavia was an incredible guide! She was warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Flavia was incredibly kind and warm. She was accommodating to all of our needs and questions. She “read” our group well and our tour was modified accordingly. She made our time in Belgium very special. I honestly feel like I have been friends with Flavia for years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone and would love to have another tour with her!
