Hello and welcome to Belgium! With over 400 flights in the last 25 years, I can say "I've seen something" but just seeing something is not enough. as a passionate traveler, I always looked for the added value, like the stories behind each place, the small and funny, or the tragic big pictures... Every place has a story to tell, and I love to tell them. I am married and a father of 3, an electronic engineer (to pay bills) and a tour guide (for the soul;-)), being a tour guide allows me to merge my traveling passion with the love of history, my love for beautiful Belgium, where major historical events, who shape Europe of our day took place. Together we can experience cities like Bruges & Gent, Brussels & Antwerp, trying some of Belgian culinary delights (Gufres, beer, frit, and chocolate) sold at every corner, and dive into major battlefield sites from the great wars that shape and change our world, sites like Waterloo, Ypres & Passchendaele, Bastogne & the Battle of the Bulge. If you wish to experience Belgium like a local, let's take a journey and make a memorable tour together.

Hitler last offensive on the Western front during December 1944. took place in the dense forests of the Ardennes region and around the city of Bastogne. The Wehrmacht aim to confuse and to split the Allied forces, and to capture the port of Antwerp, failed mostly due to the heroic action of American forces in Bastogne and the Ardennes sector. Come with me on a memorable tour to visit this site, walk in them, hear the big stories behind the tactics and the generals, and the small stories of the soldiers.
After pickup we have a brief stop at the Gestapo HQ in brussels, Then continue to the capital of Wallonia, Namur, for an overview of the Meuse River We stop in Dinant to see the American saxophone. Then short drive to Celle to hear the story of the furthest German Tank, We continue the route with a short stop at Bande massacre caller, We arrive at Bastogne at General McAulife square with the glorious Sherman, then we visit iconic Bastogne War Museum and the Mardasson. We visit the frozen foxholes and trenches of Easy Company in Bois Jacques, the monuments and the bullet-wall of Foy and we pay respect for the fallen soldiers from both side, We visit General McAuliffe, the 101th acting commander, war-rooms during the encirclement of Bastogne (where he answers the German ultimatum to surrender with the famous “nuts”). We end our tour at the Houffalize Tiger tank monument.
