It houses the second largest port in Europe, it is the world diamond capital and has a lot to offer for both the history lovers as well as the contemporary architecture enthusiasts. During this tour we'll explore the historic city center with the stunning cathedral, city hall, hidden alleyways and many more historical highlights. I will give you a full overview of Antwerp's most important historic sites and the history and stories that go with it. But I will also show you the other side of the city: The multicultural Antwerp-north. An area with a lot of potential but also certain challenges. This is where I grew up, where I'll show you where the locals really live. It's here that my mother will welcome us in the house where I grew up and treat us to a real Belgian home lunch.
