Tour guide in Washington DC Timothy W.

Thanks for visiting this page! I'm a former civics and museum educator and own a small tour company here in Washington, DC. I love using this great American city to teach about the built environment and U.S. history; with a focus on narrative storytelling and local DC history. I have twenty years of practice in experiential education and specialize in small group, outdoor walking tours. Typically I host groups sized 10 people or fewer on walking tours. However, if you have a larger group and already have a bus, I can act as a step-on guide. Please message for rates and details. As a full time tour provider, I often work with families, other small businesses, couples, and individuals. Please bring the kids. I write for ages 10 years and up for monument tours, and 12 and up for all others. Come as you are, I'm here to make your trip worthwhile and fun! I look forward to working with you. - Tim District of Columbia Tour Guide License #TGL 12565 Listed tours are walking tours.
