I love my hometown. I was born and raised in the Washington, DC area. I've watched it change over the years to the city it is today. I am a second generation tour guide. My father taught me everything about giving tours. He was considered one of the best. He instilled in me that a good tour guide meets the need of whom ever hired him. When I'm not giving tours, I'm in the classroom as a guest social studies teacher. I've been teaching almost as long as I've been giving tours. I enjoy showing families the city in a very personal way. I think it's the only way to see it. Licensed tour guide for 30+ years. CPR/First Aid Certified. Former middle school Social Studies Teacher. Due to limited parking, I will not be able to escort you through the attractions. I am limited to where I will pick up to start tours.

'Eddie' showed up, early, to pick us up at our Alexandria hotel about 10-minutes early in an absolutely spotlessly clean Van with comfortable buttery-soft leather seats and proceeded to take us on a fascinating history tour of our Nation's Capital. It was wonderful. Do yourself a favor if your touring Wash, DC. Book 'Eddie' and take a ride through history with him. You'll be glad you did!
