I am an experienced Tour Guide, as well as a Food and Relocation Specialist. I have been writing travel guides as well as food & travel articles for the last 20 years. I've lived in a number of countries, including Hong Kong, Vietnam, France, Belgium, Italy, Portugal & the Netherlands, and my passion is to discover and learn as much as possible, plus to be able to share what I learn. I am passionate about languages, nature, cooking, and culture. I speak fluent English, Italian, French, and Spanish, plus I have language certificates in Dutch, Portuguese, and Cantonese. My passion to discover and make delicious dishes around the world lead me to study professional cooking, and even now I take cooking classes in every country I live or visit in order to understand cuisines around the world.
