Hey there! I'm Bernat, and I'm thrilled to be your official licensed guide here in Barcelona and all around Catalonia. Having been born and raised right here in Barcelona, I've got a deep connection with this city. I'm a true "Barcelonian". I've spent the last two decades immersed in the tourism sector, guiding in iconic spots like Park Güell and working in the Hop on Hop off Tourist Bus. I've worked in the travel agency and hotel industry. I've also lived in Rome, experienced Paris during my Erasmus Program, and spent time in Aalborg, Denmark. I'm currently residing with my wife and daughter in Barcelona's Horta neighborhood, an old village within the city. As a fully accredited licensed tour guide, I've got priority access to all the must-see places. Think Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, Casa Batlló, Casa Milà. . . —yeah, you'll be skipping those lines with me. I'm passionate about my city, but also about two more things : sports and food. You'll often find me lacing up my running shoes or hopping on my bike. Talking about food, I'm a firm believer that you can truly understand a culture through its cuisine. Fancy trying the local specialties or going to discover the city on your running shoes? Now, when it comes to my tours, I'm all about flexibility. Whether you're a couple, a family, or a group of friends, I'm here to make sure everyone has a blast. And hey, it's not just about Barcelona; I want to show you the gems around Catalonia. From Girona to Dali's world, Tarragona's history, the famous human towers, Sitges' charm, the beauty of Costa Brava, and the majesty of the Pyrenees, we've got a lot to explore. So, feel free to reach out. I've got tours listed on ToursByLocals, but I'm all about customizing to your preferences. Let's make your time in Barcelona—and beyond—unforgettable. Can't wait to meet you and dive into the wonders of this incredible city together! - Licensed Tour Guide in Barcelona and Catalonia (Official License nr. 3145). - Bachelor's degree in Tourism ( Euroaula School - University of Girona). - Member of the Professional Association of Licensed Tour Guides in Barcelona (AGUICAT) I do not drive while on tour. I can arrange a private vehicle with a professional driver. We can also use public transport or taxis if needed.

We a great time walking around and getting a feel for the city streets. Our guide recommended a great place to eat Paella and informed us what to do and not to do. Gave us knowledge of the cities history and the stores surrounding us.

Bernat is an excellent tour guide! He took our group of 7 on a walking tour of the Gothic quarter and guided tours of Park Guell and Sagrada Familia. Bernat is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Barcelona. He was very flexible with our group and took us to grab snacks along the way, helping us understand the food options as they were not in English. He also made...

Thank you so much Teresa! I'm really happy to read you and your group enjoyed the tour through the Gothic quarter, Park Güell and Sagrada Familia. It was a real pleasure share the history of my city (and few snacks at the street market) with you all. Please tell Chris he still needs to learn a bit of Spanish - at least enough to order the olives next time! You were such...
