I became a guide because I truly love sharing the beauty, culture and stories of Portugal with people from around the world. Growing up between Portugal and the German-speaking part of Switzerland gave me a deep appreciation for different cultures and languages, and guiding allows me to bring all of this together: my passion for history, my love for people and my desire to create meaningful travel experiences. What I enjoy the most is helping guests feel welcome and relaxed, showing them not only the famous landmarks but also the local traditions, hidden viewpoints and authentic flavors that make our country unique. Every traveler is different, and so are my tours. I fully customize each experience based on the guests’ interests, whether they enjoy history, nature, photography, religion, food, wine or a more relaxed day exploring Portugal. I also offer multiple-day tours, perfect for guests who want a longer, immersive journey through Portugal. I’m always happy to plan and design personalized multi-day itineraries. My goal is simple: to provide a safe, comfortable and unforgettable experience, and to make every guest leave Portugal with beautiful memories and a smile.

This is a wonderful tour and our guide Ricardo was terrific. He gave us a lot of good information and the wine tasting was excellent. The winery is also a museum of art and extensive displays of a private collection of tiles and African art. We enjoy getting out of the city and into the countryside.
