Valentino was a terrific guide! Easy to contact and communicate with. Gave us all the information we needed to prepare for our tour ( where to get tickets etc.). She is extremely knowable about the art we enjoyed both at the Accademia and the Uffuzi. Her enthusiasm was contagious. We never felt rushed and she was considerate of my special walking needs.
