Hello there! I'm Corinna, a Londoner who has been living in Florence for almost twenty years. I graduated at U. C. L. London University in English and Italian Language and Literature and then the Institute of Linguists London before moving to Italy and becoming an authorised Tour Guide of Florence and the Province in 2008 (Membership No: 006/2009). Being married to a local has given me the possibility to know the real city and its people by going off the beaten track to avoid mass tourism; in this way, clients can understand that art and history is also fun and enjoyable! I have worked as a licensed Tour Guide in Florence for several years now and offer a wide variety of classic and alternative tours, along with custom made tours, to meet specific client requirements. Corinna was an excellent tour guide. She is extremely knowledgeable about the history of the liberation of Florence and all that went on here during the Second World War. It is clearly evident that she is passionate about history and has an engaging way of telling the story. Highly recommend!

Corinna is an angel! So kind and knowledgeable, not just about WWII but the renaissance, film, and art! We had a lovely afternoon with her, despite it being swelteringly hot, and she was particularly mindful of my husband’s request to be in the shade when possible. If you’re looking for an alternative to your typical tour of Florence, I highly recommend!!

Corinne was an absolute delight. She has an encyclopaedic knowledge she applied in an engaging way. We traversed Florence focussing o the Renaissance and ended up with a better understanding of history, culture, religion and of course art of this time. Could not recommend highly enough
