The Best of Florence

Is this your first time in Florence? Experience with me the highlights of my city and a bit of daily life! Walking the streets of Florence is simply the best way to enjoy this fascinating and beautiful town where every single stone breathes history. Though I have been living downtown since 1993 there is always something new to discover even for me. I'll take you to the overwhelming Cathedral area, the elegant squares Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza della Signoria with its fantastic statues of David, Neptune and Perseus. We will stop by the 14th century bridge Ponte Vecchio and stroll the narrow streets of the Medieval area where Dante lived, the elegant fashion street Via Tornabuoni and visit the buzzling markets (the Mercato Centrale, where locals buy their food, and the Porcellino market for souvenirs).
