Even if I'm graduated as an economist, I always had a thing for history. Anything that's unfamiliar in my environment bothers me so I keep updating my knowledge all the time. Thousands of stories are waiting for you to make your staying even more colourful and unforgettable.

What can you expect if you join my tour?
If you follow me, I will make the world alive around you! The ordinary-looking buildings will be filled with interesting life stories, the sights will be connected so you can see the big picture. If you wish, I could talk hours about history, but I'm pleased to explain how to prapare the famous Goulash soup.

I believe not only in the past but also today's Budapest is interesting.
If you're interested, I'll talk about what happens in Hungary recently. What drives the economy? In which sports are we good at? What about the fashion trends? Who are the world famous Hungarians? Moreover, as a youngster who lives in the city for more then 25 years, I'll show around my favourite restaurants, ruin pubs, stores, parks and spas.

Last but not least, I am a runner fanatic. I often go for a run and discover the city randomly. Don't worry you won't have to walk fast, though. I will adjust myself to any speed you are comfortable with My tours are mostly by walk with doable distance, but if you prefer a car I am flexible to arrange a private driver.

A walking tour in the city centre which evokes the memories of the XIX-XX. century Budapest and gives you hints about the residents life nowdays.

I highlight the milestones of the town's history in terms of nations, religion, architecture and culture. Among other stories, I will share about the revolution war in 1848, the beautiful palaces designed by Miklos Ybl, the ruin pubs on Kazinczy Street and the rumour of the Gerbeaud Café. I'll ensure that you won't miss the best bites of the hungarian gastronomy either! ;)

Beyond, I show you where you can experience the famous vibrant nightlife, the top-rated local restaurants and the best fashion stores in the heart of the city.

Budapest Then and Now - Walking Tour

Called as the city of the Arts and the perfect place for rendez-vous. Szentendre is a must visit small town close to Budapest, with cobblestone streets, pastel baroque houses and a unique outdoor ethnographic museum. My favourite place out of the capital, where I use to go as a tourist just to breath in its unique vibes.

Come with me to admire the traditional Hungarian village houses and the beautiful Danube promenade. Taste the marzipan dessert in Szamos Museum, find the best authentic souvenirs on Bogdanyi Street and listen to fascinating stories about the Serbian/Hungarian merchants.

Szentendre day trip from Budapest

A hill which is inhabited from the Bronze Age. It survived the Mongol invasion, the Turkish occupation, the World Wars, and several dynasties. Now it is maybe the most elegant and exclusive district of the city where everyone wants to live.

The castle will enchant you by its historical importance, amazing medieval buildings, charming streets and the unforgettable panorama of the whole city.

During the tour I will show the must seen attractions, - such as the Várkert Bazaar, the Buda Castle, the Matthias Church and the Fisherman's Bastion- beautifully illuminated at night.

Come with me and follow the path of hungarian kings, the current president of Hungary and even Beethoven.
We can take a rest with a tea and a tasty cake if you wish.

The castle district during the night is peaceful and quite, you shouldn't worry about the crowd.
