I have guided more than 1200 people from over 40 countries in the past 3 years after the pandemic. I enjoy meeting people from different cultural backgrounds and sharing them with each other! I am also eager to share the beauty and great aspects of Tokyo I was born in Kobe, in the Western part of Japan, near Kyoto. More recently, I have been living in Tokyo for 18 years. I have always been interested in or curious about cultural activities, and I have experienced some of them by myself. I have practiced calligraphy, tea ceremony, making Japanese confectionery and even know how to wear Japanese Kimono the traditional way! "Treasure every encounter" is the primary teaching by Sen-no Rikyu, the perfecter of the tea ceremony, and means each encounter you experience is a very precious and once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
