How would you like to take a trip in my time machine!? Would you like to see two thousand years of history of London from the Romans right up to the present day? I can show you around this amazing city that I was born and brought up in. You will hear about poets and playwrights, Lords and Ladies, politicians and Prime Ministers, Princes, Princesses, Kings and Queens, some with their heads and some without their heads. . . all of this is possible, and so much more! If you're interested in the history of Rock'n'Roll in London, why not go back to the Swinging Sixties with me, and then on to the seventies, eighties or nineties, and back to the present day? The vehicle I use to take my guests on a time-travelling journey is actually a London black cab. These iconic taxis are loved and trusted by London's travelling public and are regularly voted the best in the world. They are a great way of seeing the sights, and are air-conditioned with plenty of leg room. They are also wheelchair-accessible. I have been a London taxi driver since 2006 and a qualified Tour Guide since 2011 - just in time for the London Olympics of 2012, which was a magical time for all of us that experienced it. I love my hometown of London dearly, and nothing gives me more pleasure than to show visitors around what is arguably the world's greatest capital city! But my knowledge of history isn't bound by the borders of London, not by a long stretch. I have been taking my guests for many years to wonderful places such as Oxford, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Bath and the Cotswolds - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, if ever there was one! You can see all of this and more - all from the comfort of an iconic London taxi, driven by a knowledgeable, experienced, affable and personable driver - yours truly! I look forward to seeing you! Licensed London Taxi Driver (Black Cab) since 2006. Member of City of Westminster Guides and Lecturers Association, qualified 2012. Qualified Taxi Tour Guide, since 2011, with the Worshipful Company of Hackney Carriage Drivers, accredited by City of London. Associate member of Black Cab Heritage Tours. Member of English Heritage. Member of the National Trust. Member of Historic Royal Palaces. Please note that I do not have a license to guide within St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey or the Tower of London. I can only guide in English.

Embark on a captivating, musical taxi journey through the heart of London, where the timeless melodies and iconic legacy of The Beatles come alive. Join me for an extraordinary 4-hour adventure that will transport you back in time to the golden era of rock 'n' roll. This in-depth Beatles Tour of London is designed for die-hard fans and music enthusiasts alike. I have been showing Beatles fans around London since 2010 and have an unrivaled passion for the Fab Four. As a former pro musician, I even have a connection to The Beatles (clue: my old band-mate played trumpet on Get to Get You Into My Life!) Follow in the footsteps of John, Paul, George, and Ringo as we visit the iconic landmarks that played a pivotal role in shaping their extraordinary career. From Abbey Road Studios, where they recorded their most beloved albums, to the legendary Apple Corps headquarters, where they unleashed their creative genius upon the world, every stop on this tour is a testament to their unparalleled artistry.
I will pick you up in my licenced London Black Cab from any central London location. Please ask for details if you need other arrangements. Here are just some of the places we will visit on this 4-hr taxi tour. . . * The hotels and houses where the Beatles and their manager Brian Epstein lived. * The venues where they played some of their most important gigs (including a certain rooftop!). * The studios where they recorded their legendary songs (not just Abbey Road!). * The famous zebra crossing. * Where John met Yoko, where Paul met Linda, and where Paul and Ringo were married (separately, that is!). And many, many more! There will even be more than one opportunity for some Beatles-related shopping! And finally, I will drop you off at a central London location of your choice. Please ask if you need other arrangements.
