I can show you around this amazing city that I was born and brought up in. You will hear about poets and playwrights, Lords and Ladies, politicians and Prime Ministers, Princes, Princesses, Kings and Queens, some with their heads and some without their heads. . . all of this is possible, and so much more! The vehicle I use to take my guests on a time-travelling journey is actually a London black cab. These iconic taxis are loved and trusted by London's travelling public and are regularly voted the best in the world. They are a great way of seeing the sights, and are air-conditioned with plenty of leg room. They are also wheelchair-accessible. I have been a London taxi driver since 2006 and a qualified Tour Guide since 2011 - just in time for the London Olympics of 2012, which was a magical time for all of us that experienced it. I love my hometown of London dearly, and nothing gives me more pleasure than to show visitors around what is arguably the world's greatest capital city! But my knowledge of history isn't bound by the borders of London, not by a long stretch. I have been taking my guests for many years to wonderful places such as Oxford, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Bath and the Cotswolds - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, if ever there was one!
