A leisurely stroll around Bath, with time to take it all in & time for a coffee & comfort stop. Learn about why Bath became an important spa resort for the Romans, its subsequent decline and resurgence in the 18th century to become the architectural gem that is now a UNESCO World Heritage City. My time walking the streets as a 'Bobby' has also given me a store of anecdotes to tell! The tour includes the usual favourites, but it is YOUR tour, let me know if you wish me to customize it in any way eg to visit the Roman Baths. Visits to the Roman Baths are timed to avoid overcrowding and should be booked in advance. Costs vary according to the time of year and the day of the week. If you wish me to accompany you to the Roman Baths as part of your tour please message me BEFORE booking. Alternatively, you are welcome to make your own arrangements and visit there independently
The tour includes: Bath Abbey (exterior) Royal Mineral Water Hospital Pulteney Bridge Kings Circus Royal Crescent

Bath is best experienced on foot and I recommend up to 4 hrs in order to fully enjoy the experience of strolling around this wonderful city. If mobility is a problem (please advise) taxis can reduce the amount of walking and are widely available.
