If you are looking for a first class tour guide of the Cotswolds then look no further! My name is Jon and I have lived in the Cotswolds all my life. When I was young I used to play in the open fields and mess around down by my local stream with my friends. I used to cycle down all the local lanes, places that I take you on my tours even now, off the beaten track and a chance to see unspoilt rural England in the heart of the Cotswolds. I take pride in the fact that I offer a five star service and have therefore invested heavily in buying appropriate vehicles. My pride and joy is my brand new V class Mercedes SUV, which can take up to seven of you on our private tours. This wonderful car is higher up than normal cars and gives great views over the hedgerows, super comfortable and has free wi-fi, a panoramic sunroof and air con What better way to visit the Cotswolds in such comfort and style! My tours are very flexible and completely built to suit you. I drive to beautiful Cotswold villages and we frequently stop to take photographs and to walk around, and also visit amazing market towns to stop for a bit of window shopping or just to admire the architecture. In between we drive through amazing countryside and and at lunchtime how about a traditional English pub for a pint and a bite to eat, or maybe a traditional afternoon tea? These are exclusive tours just for you and your party. Not only do I do one day tours but as many as you would like, just let me know what interests you have and I can compose a tour for you each day. Depending on the duration of the tour days (more than one day), I can collect from airports and London as well as any hotel you may be in the Cotswolds and take you on one of these beautiful tours. For example you may like to stop off on the way from London or the airport at Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Stonehenge or Windsor Castle. This would work on our way to the Cotswolds. I look forward to our experience together Jon Fully Licensed to carry passengers (Private Hire Insurance) Full Public Liability Insurance Bachelor of Arts, Degree in Music at Cambridge. The Cotswolds is an area of outstanding natural beauty, covering 800 square miles of Englands most splendid countryside it has a huge wealth of history and charm to discover. I have lived in this part of the country all of my life, as a child learning about the countryside and nature. It never ceases to amaze me how lucky we are and I take great delight in sharing my experience and knowledge on my tours. As you can imagine I know this area incredibly well which enables me to offer tours that are individual to each group. We will explore the highlights of the Cotswolds, the picturesque towns and villages but also enjoy the hidden gems that only a local will know about. The Cotswold's history is fascinating, to this day the architecture still remains from the Roman and Saxon times and beyond, you can learn about how life was and how it has an impact on life today. From the limestone honey coloured cottages, the dry stone walls to the rolling hills of the Cotswolds, we will explore The Cotswolds!

My wife and I had a wonderful day touring the beautiful Cotswolds villages. Jon masterfully managed a couple of episodes of heavy rain to ensure we had the best possible experience.
Jon was absolutely fantastic. We wanted a modification of the standard tour so we could spend 1-1/2 hours at Snowshill 60 miles from Bath. It is quirky and unique and well worth the diversion. Jon took us to villages off the tourist bus route giving us time to enjoy the local charm of each. Because of a traffic diversion returning to Bath. we had a bonus of passing through two other village we had read about but thought we’d never see. A great day in the Northern Cotswolds.
Jon is an outstanding guide. He is very personable and his knowledge of the ins and outs of the Cotswolds was beyond our expectations. Highly recommended!
We loved Jon as our tour guide for the Cotswolds. He came up with a perfect itinerary for us that gave us a good look at all sorts of aspects of the Cotswolds and still got us to Stratford in time for an early dinner and the theatre. His car was very comfortable and we felt like we got to look at some more local sights since he has grown up in the area. Perfect weather made it a perfect day!
Our tour guide Jon was excellent He arrived early which allowed us to visit one area ahead of the crowd. He was very knowledgeable about the Cotswolds since he lives in that area himself. He let us choose some options of what we did or where we visited. Jon was very pleasant and we enjoyed our conversation with him as well as the beautiful and intriguing Cotswolds. We saw many Cotswolds villages/hamlets/communities and spoke with a few of the locals. Highly recommend this tour with Jon.
My tours are very flexible and I am happy to customise these on the individual interests of each group. My suggested visits during the day include: • Castle Combe - One of Englands most prettiest villages with an amazing history dating back to the 13th Century. • Bibury - Home to Arlington Row, the most photographed streets in the UK. • Bourton on the Water - 'The Little Venice' of England. • Burford - A beautiful artisan shopping haven all on one street. • Lower Slaughter - Off the beaten track with an idyllic stream, classic Cotswold cottages and old mill to photograph. • Snowshill -Centred around a Victorian church and surrounded by lavender fields. • Broadway - With its broad street, honey coloured houses and imposing tower. • Lunch - one hour - in an olde English pub or cream tea as you prefer We can also visit the lesser known ares and revel in the history and stories along the way.
