Two Half Day Walking Tours in Barcelona

The best way to explore Barcelona is on foot, that's why I prepared this two, half day, private walking tours that can be done in one day or in two different days. Day One: This is a walk through 1500 years of the history of Barcelona and its key places. From Roman Barcino to the splendor of the Kingdom of Aragon and Catalunya that dominated the Mediterranean sea between the XII and XIV centuries. We will explore the narrow and winding alleys that compose the medieval part of Barcelona. We will see palaces, romanesque churches built more than one thousand years ago, the XIV century Barcelona's cathedral with its cloister and We will walk through the old jewish quarter. Day Two: Barcelona wouldn't be the same without Gaudi's buildings. We will walk and discover Gaudi's personality and his key buildings. We will also talk about the bustling Barcelona of the turn of the century and the patrons who hired Gaudi and the other Art Nouveau architects for the construction of those spectacular buildings.
