We had great day. It was a wonderful pace and we saw some amazing things. The guide was very personable and knowledgeable and shared personal family stories that made the places seem even more real. We also enjoyed having some free time to visit the art museum and shop up the mountain after learning all about Montserrat.

Montserrat is an amazing place to visit. It has a deep spiritual history, amazing views from the mountaintop, overwhelming rock towers that pictures do not do justice. Plus with all sorts of cable cars and hiking is just plain fun. Our tour guide Marta knows Montserrat like the back of her hand visiting multiple times a week. She knew exactly when to hop in line, what order to do things, best spots for photos that really maximized our time at Montserrat. Even though it was a very busy weekend she whisked us through like we were the only people at the site. Marta knew all the history and stories that really brought Montserrat to life. Perfect guide for Montserrat.
Marta was excellent! We saw everything I wanted to see at Montserrat, and her suggestion to start early is what made that possible. She knows all the big and small ways of how to maximize the experience despite it being a very popular tourist spot. And accommodate me not feeling great that day. Would highly recommend!!!
