Spend a half day covering the close relationship between Picasso and Barcelona
Overview of your Barcelona tour
Barcelona played a very important role in Picasso's life. Pablo Picasso arrived to Barcelona at the age of 14 and spent most of his childhood and his teenage years here. Picasso always said: "Barcelona was the place where my career as artist started, Barcelona was the place where I found out how far I would go in life. " We will explore the narrow alleys and streets that compose the Old District of Barcelona to see the places that inspired him as a young artist. We will visit the Four Cats Tavern, Sala Pares Art Gallery (place of Picasso's first individual exposition). We will see the School of Fine Arts where He studied and the location of his parent's house and some of his studios in Barcelona. We will finish the tour visiting the Picasso Museum located in El Born district. IMPORTANT NOTE: the Picasso Museum is closed on Mondays. I can offer this tour any day of the week except Mondays.

This is mainly a walking tour, Old City Barcelona was not built to be driven by cars or mini vans, the streets and alleys are very narrow. Most of the streets we will explore are just for pedestrians. All the streets are paved and we can avoid steps by using ramps.
