My goal is to help visitors truly understand Portugal through local insight, stories, daily life — and gastronomy. I am an officially licensed national tour guide, with academic training in tourism and a professional diploma as a cooking chef. This allows me to design and lead food-focused experiences, local meals and gastronomic tours with real context, not just tastings.
