Lisbon Half-Day Private Tour (Skip the Line)

It turned out I was the only one to make the tour. Joao made due with the change and answered a variety of questions. He was prepared and was able to give me good clear information. His English is very good. We traveled in his 8 passenger van which was beautiful even though a little overkill for 2 of us. He was very personable and easy to talk to. I would recommend him very highly.

João is an expert guide. He was very accommodating. He gave me space when I needed it and he chimed in when needed. He showed me the sites I wanted to see. Best of all, he communicates well and he is personable.

“J” was a knowledgeable and friendly guide. He had an expansive knowledge of Lisbon and Portugal history. He customized our tour to our interests. We had lunch at a lovely local restaurant and visited a beautiful pottery/tile factory in addition to the highlights of Lisbon. We enjoyed spending time with “J” and will contact him again when we visit Lisbon again (hopefully in 2027).

great tour with guide/ driver who speaks English very well, know his city well, and listens to the needs and preferences of his guests. We are seniors with mobility issues and the weather was rainy and windy. Nevertheless, he was very helpful and was able to fill our tour with wonderful sights, interesting information, and a lot of fun. We are very happy we chose Joao to show us Lisbon.

Jaoa was amazing!! He was flexible and willing to adjust the schedule to fit what I wanted to do. He was able to park the car close to every venue we stopped at, so I was able to see twice as much as I would have on my own. He is easy to talk to and gave lots of facts and interesting information about Lisbon. Fantastic day!
