Highlights of Lisbon Private Shore Excursion

Welcome to Lisbon, a unique Mediterranean capital in Europe! Explore the charming town of Lisbon with all of its narrow streets and alleys, amazing viewpoints and monuments, before making your way down the river. I definitely have to take you guys to my favorite viewpoint in Lisbon, Nossa Senhora do Monte, where back in day I have fond memories viewing the best sunset in city. Reaching the dazzling Belém, I suggest you try Pastel de Belém, a dish I never get tired of tasting! It's made from eggs and milk, and it's a very popular one in Lisbon, and even in Brazil. They originated during 1837 where they were produced with the sugar refined from a factory next the Monastery of Jerónimos, a place we'll also visit during this tour. -We'll start with a pick-up at an arranged hotel/apartment/cruise at Lisbon. -We'll drive around the central part of the city (Rossio) and go up the main avenue (Avenida da Liberdade) to reach the top of Park Edward VII, where you'll admire a beautiful view over Lisbon's centre. -We'll stop at Sé (Lisbon Cathedral), Lisbon's oldest church. -We'll drive to one of the city's highest viewpoints (Senhora do Monte) where you'll have almost a 360º view over the city, the bridge and the river. -We'll drive down the hills and see some incredible monuments like the S. Vicente de Fora Church & National Pantheon. -We'll stop at S. Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint & the S. Roque Church. -We'll drive to Belém along the river. -We'll stop at the Jerónimos Monastery (optional visit) -We'll taste Lisbon's famous custard tarts -We'll stop at the Tower of Belém (optional visit). -We'll stop at the Discoveries Monument (Padrão dos Descobrimentos). -I'll drop you off at the starting point or another convenient place.
