This tour will take us to the highlights of the city, to places that you cannot miss! Exploring the Belém district, our main point of discussion will be the maritime expeditions, and you'll discover a little bit more how Portugal was a pioneer back in the middle ages! Also in Belém, we'll take the opportunity to taste a dish that holds the district's name: Pastel de Belem, also called Pastel de Nata, the city's original custard tart. Besides, you'll learn how Portugal stood up against other conquering nations and created it's own history for the past 1000 years, full of adventures and tragedies that made Portugal and the city of Lisbon unique places in the world! We'll also head to panoramic viewpoints for astonishing shots over the city, we'll cover Lisbon's historical area, drive through the oldest neighbourhoods, cathedrals and much more!
Your Lisbon tour itinerary
·The tour will start with me picking you up at a designated point, such as your hotel or other convenient place for you. ·We'll then cover the Belén district, visiting monuments built in the era of maritime expeditions. ·Afterwards, we'll savour a traditional Pastel de Nata. ·We'll then go to the historical part of Lisbon, covering Alfama and the Graça neighborhood. ·We'll proceed to reach several lookout points to appreciate the city panoramically: -Nossa Sra. do Monte lookout -St Pedro de Alcantara lookout -Santa Justa elevator -Parque Eduardo VII lookout ·Before finishing the tour, we'll visit Carmo Square. ·At last, I'll drop you off back at the original pickup point.
