Full Day Trip in the medieval city of Évora Tour from Lisbon

Just about one hour from Lisbon, there is Évora, located in the biggest Portuguese region - Alentejo - in the South of Portugal. Alentejo is made of plaines where cattle goes around freely and you can see whitewashed houses here and there. Évora is its most important city, with thousands of years old, and here we can visit the roman temple (with almost 2000 years old!), its beautiful cathedral, the old university and last but not least, the impressive bone's chapel (real human bones!!) inside Saint Francis church. All of the city center is World Heritage Site, by the Unesco, a walk through the city is always a must, be amazed by the architecture and the culture. We will also find a great opportunity to meet our regional handicraft - cork - used not only for bottle stoppers. You'll get surprised!
