We'll start by visiting the most important religious center in Portugal. In the sanctuary of Fátima there is an atmosphere of incredible belief. Even for those who are not believers. Next, we visit a beautiful example of Gothic architecture in Portugal at the Monastery of Batalha (Hunesco Heritage site). In Nazaré, visit the beach with the biggest waves in the world, with absolutely wonderful landscapes and in my opinion with the nicest people in the country. Here I would like to take you to lunch at my favorite fish restaurant in Portugal. Returning towards Lisbon, we will take a fantastic Atlantic road until we reach the fantastic village of Óbidos (UNESCO Heritage site), so well preserved, that you will feel back to the 16th century. I have some personal friends here, including a friend, who is an artist and paints fantastic Portuguese-style tiles. Then we travel to Lisbon on a pleasant motorway, always with views of the countryside of the west region of Portugal.
A excellent tour and guide. Visiting the three sites on this private tour never felt rushed and was a great experience. Carlos was friendly, very knowledgeable and flexible to our requests. Learned quite a bit of the history of Portugal while enjoying the beautiful scenery and sites.

Carlos is the best tour guide in the world! He's very knowledgeable and gave us a history of Portugal while we were driving to Fatima. His background information made all of our stops interesting. He also took us to out of the way landmarks that most tourists don't get to see. He was accommodating to my difficulties and always with a smile. We definitely will book Carlos if and when we come back to Portugal.
Carlos was very good and modified the itinerary on the fly as we requested. We were originally to drive to Fátima but decided to stay in Lisbon and surroundings. The tour was interesting and we were able to try some local delicacies like codfish croquettes and Pastéis de Belém.
We truly enjoyed our tour with Carlos. He was very accommodating to our requests and very friendly as well.
