This is more than a tour of the Wolf's Lair, but of the whole region too. I will be your fluent english speaking driver and licenced guide for this fascinating region of Poland, and I will share my knowledge along the way too. However, our main destination is where Hitler spent almost 3 years, planning and plotting his trail of carnage from his hidaway in the forests of Masuria, today in N. E. Poland, then Eastern Prussia. It was also here, one of Hitler's own men, tried to assasinate the fuher, unfortunately his attempt to kill his boss failed and Claus von Stauffenberg did not live to tell the tale. Hitler's former hq is about a four hour drive from Gdansk, and the tour of his former base lasts about 2hrs. After the tour of the Wolf's Lair, you will probably be in the mood for some local fare, so we can take a break for something to eat in a 14th century former Teutonic Knights' castle if you wish. This tour is probably a once in a lifetime adventure and will leave lasting memories.
