I feel very fortunate to be able to share the colors of Mexico with my guests, and there is so much to see!!! I can take you to the jungle to search for wild monkeys or to plunge into crystal clear waters of cenotes, to explore the mysteries of the Maya civilization and colorful colonial cities, or to snorkel with whale sharks and sea turtles. I will share with you stories of Maya life and Mexican culture, you'll find out how the cenotes were formed and why sea animals are so amazing! I am meticulous about providing the best service while showing you the hidden gems of the Riviera Maya and the Yucatan Peninsula. I am a certified tour guide which means I can accompany you to the archaeological sites (National Institute of Anthropology and History). I have 11 years of experience in guiding snorkeling tours and I will make sure you enjoy your time in the water even if it's your first time snorkeling. I regularly complete Red Cross First Aid courses. I am an amateur diver and free diver (PADI Open Water/ AIDA 2). Overview of your Playa Del Carmen tour
Cenotes are pristine, crystal-clear sinkholes that are unique to the Yucatan peninsula. During this adventure you will have the opportunity to explore three different cenotes! Are you a nature lover? Then join me on this adventure to explore beautiful sink holes in the Maya jungle! I will share facts about the formation of the cenotes as well as tales about their special part in the lives of locals. Immerse yourself in the crystalline waters of the limestone cave, and marvel at the natural wonders that lie beneath the surface. You will be blown away by the vibrant hues and the remarkable clarity of the pristine open sinkhole. There is also a stop for the adventurous spirit! We will visit an open cenote where you can zip-line and cliff jump! Too much of a thrill for you? No problem! You can just swim and relax in the Maya “fountain of youth”, surrounded by lush jungle!
Your Playa Del Carmen tour itinerary
- After picking you up, we will drive to the cenotes area (45 minutes from Playa del Carmen, 20 minutes from Tulum, 1,45 hours from Cancun). - First we will visit the cave cenote, where we will be surrounded by ancient rock formations. You can swim and snorkel in this well lit cave of wonders. - Afterwards, we will drive for 10 minutes to see the colorful open cenote. Here you'll be able to snorkel admiring underwater gardens of water lilies. - After a 5 minute drive, we will arrive to another open cenote where you will have the opportunity to zip line across this beautiful sink hole and cliff jump into its pristine waters. - At last, we'll return to your hotel.
