Even when I was a camp counselor, my favorite moments were when we put on fire shows and played. Life had a funny way of guiding me into the world of hospitality. I arrived in the Riviera Maya just for a short summer gig when I stumbled upon a tour guiding opportunity. Three years turned into more, and before I knew it, I had become an expert at doing what I love the most, showing travelers the magnificent jungle and the secrets it holds. For me, being a Tour Leader is not just about showcasing the beauty of nature; it's also about fostering respect for our environment. Learning from the past helps us better understand our present, encountering different ways of living in the world can make people more conscious and better individuals by creating empathy and striving for positive change in the world, and I believe in promoting responsible travel practices. Personally, before my journey on this planet ends, I'm determined to embark on a long hiking adventure +20 days, bike my way through as many landscapes as I can, and take on one of those legendary long races in the middle of nowhere. And let's not forget about my mission to sample every peculiar food I come across! Overview of your Playa Del Carmen tour
This experience is simple, flexible, and completely at your family’s pace. I’ll pick you up directly from your hotel and take you to a cenote close to your staying. I’ll choose a cenote with easy access to the water, a shallow swimming area, shade, bathrooms, and comfortable facilities for families; stroller-friendly. I’ll bring life jackets or appropriate flotation devices for your toddler, and I’ll be there to help you feel comfortable around the water. Your little one can splash, float, explore, or simply stay close to you—there’s no pressure to do anything. I’ll also bring some snacks for the family and your baby, and you’re welcome to bring anything your little one needs. We’ll have a cooler available for your food and drinks, and we can even warm up baby food when needed. After the cenote swim, we can have a snack picnic or add a casual local lunch if you’d like to try some authentic Mexican food. Or, if everyone is ready for a nap and some quiet time, we can simply head back to your hotel.
