Hello and bonjour! (Le français suit l'anglais. ) My name is Yumi, and I'm a nationally licensed tour guide and interpreter based in Tokyo, Japan. I've guided tourists from overseas since 2009 throughout Japan, especially in the Kanto region, including trips around the Greater Tokyo Area (such as Kamakura), Mt. Fuji, Hakone National Park and the Nikko UNESCO World Heritage Site. I was born and raised on Kyushu, the southernmost of Japan's four main islands, and I lived in the Kansai area (Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe) for five years. I came to Tokyo in 1999 and have been here ever since. I love Japan and have lots of information about my country's history and culture to share with you. Enjoy street food and various fishes and vegetables 10:30-11:30 visit Hamarikyu Japanese traditional garden, experience of tea ceremony (optional) move to Asakusa by subway 12:00-13:30 visit Oldest temple of Tokyo, Sensoji, browsing Nakamise souvenir shopstreets, have a lunch of Sushi, Ramen noodles, Sukiyaki, Shabushabu or Tempura whatever you want. take a subway to Ginza 14:00-14:30 Visit beautiful food section at ground floor of Mitsukoshi department store, Nissan show room and the flagship store of UNIQLO etc. 14:45-15:15 Imperial Palace, visit Imperial Palace , Nijubashi bridge and say hello to Emperor and Empress. move to Shibuya 15:45-16:00 Shibuya crossing, it is said to be "Times Square" of Tokyo End of the tour.
