Tokyo customized sightseeing half-day tour

Junko was kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable of Tokyo. I would highly recommend her! The tour was well planned, efficient and covered all areas we were interested in seeing and learning about.

Junko was genuine helpful & knowledgeable. She really managed to get us in & around the enormous crowds at the fish market, & gave us a more authentic insight into how Tokyo residents really manage their shopping! It was fabulous seeing all the amazing fresh produce & I gorged myself on the incredible seasonable strawberries. We had a lovely walk strings some of the more historic backstreets of Tokyo & got to meet a resident who’s family have been 5 generations in the same shop, making & selling rice crackers. We visited the Nezu shrine & had some excitement when 6 fire engines roasted into the shrine grounds. The walk through the cemetary was fascinating, & Junko exposed the meaning of the markers & symbols. Ueno Park, with the Rodin sculptures was attractive. We finished up in ‘Ramen Street’ for lunch, which was a delicious experience! Junko really knows this city & her knowledge really expanded our enjoyment of it. She was most attentive & helpful. Junko was a delight to work with as a travel agent. She was responsive and offered wonderful suggestions to help tailor my clients' private tour to their interests. My clients messaged me to say they loved Junko as their guide! She gave a glimpse of Japanese life, mini history lesson and exactly what they hoped to see!
