Tokyo By Day and By Night Three Day Private Tour

Tokyo is a truly unique city, seamlessly blending the charm of traditional Japan with the innovation of the 21st century. This three-day tour offers a chance to experience both sides of the city—its iconic modern landmarks and its rich cultural heritage—at a comfortable, enjoyable pace, with plenty of time left for personal exploration. The tour includes two daytime excursions (each approximately four hours) and one four-hour evening tour. You’re free to choose the order that best fits your schedule. The night tour includes a visit to a traditional izakaya (Japanese pub) for a light evening meal. If you’d prefer a different type of restaurant, I’d be happy to make adjustments. If shopping is a priority, I can tailor the itinerary to include some of Tokyo’s best shopping areas or offer recommendations based on your interests.

Day 1 - 4 hours - Pick up from your hotel - Go to Asakusa. Visit Sensoji Temple and Nakamise street - Go To Tsukiji Fish Market for a delicious sushi lunch there (the order of these can be swapped) Day 2 - 4 hours - Pick up from your hotel at 5 pm - Visit Shibuya Crossing for some hip energy and city lights - Dinner at an izakaya, traditional Japanese pub - Go to Omoide Yokocho for a stroll down the alley lined by tiny pubs. - A stroll through Kabuki-cho - Return to hotel Day 3- 4 hours - Go to Harajuku, visit the Meiji Shrine at the Yoyogi Park - Visit the Tokyo Station area and the Imperial Palace Gardens (Gardens are closed on Mondays and Fridays) OR - Sightseeing at Nihonbashi - the stylish heart of Tokyo - Deli lunch at the roof top terrace of the Mitsukoshi Department store - Return to hotel OR stay in the city
