Although I'm new to this platform, I have been guiding hundreds of travellers for almost a decade and I’ve had the joy of curating one-of-a-kind experiences for visitors from all over the world. My journey living in Japan for almost 30 years has been filled with incredible experiences, from working in luxury hospitality and event production for many years. These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the country’s culture and people. Becoming a guide was a natural step, it allows me to connect with people from all over the world, share my insider knowledge, and make every traveler’s experience as smooth, exciting, and meaningful as possible. I studied the Japanese tea ceremony under a master Sensei, where I learned how cultural arts like kimono dressing, calligraphy, and Ikebana (flower arranging) are interconnected. Now, I continue my studies in kimono dressing to better share this beautiful tradition with visitors. My past work in the hospitality and restaurant industry has given me access and connections to some of the best dining spots in Tokyo and beyond.
