Why don't you make best use of your layover time between your flights at Haneda (Tokyo) airport? - We'd meet up at Haneda (not Narita) airport to start our tour to fully enjoy the essence of Tokyo's attractions. - One of the most popular itinerary is the perfect mixture of the traditional and modern parts of Tokyo as below. - First, we'd visit the world famous Tsukiji outer fish market, and move to Tokyo's oldest temple, Sensoji and its Nakamise old shopping alley, the most traditional part of Tokyo. - Then, we are dropping by either the Imperial Garden, part of ex-'Edo Castle' built in early 17th century, or the gorgeous Meiji shrine in a deep forest in the middle of Harajuku fashion district. - You can replace any of above places by either of Shibuya Crossing, the world famous pedestrian one, Omote Sando 'Tokyo Champs-Élysées' fashion avenue, the observatory (202m high) at Tokyo City Office, Akihabara electric town, or, Ginza high fashion street, etc.
This is the basic itinerary for you. This tour is not fit for kids except those who can walk for a long distance and have specific interest in the history & culture of Japan, which are the main theme and topic of the tour. • 0900 Meet up at Haneda airport • 0940 Tsukiji outer fish market • 1100 Sensoji temple/ Nakamise street, Asakusa • 1230 Imperial garden or Meiji Jingu Shrine • 1430 End of the tour at Haneda airport or other spot in central Tokyo You can replace some of above places by one or two of the following ones. - Shibuya Crossing - Akihabara Electronics & Anime Town - Observatory at Tokyo GOV Office in Shinjuku - Omote Sando fashion avenue/ Takeshita (kids fashion) alley in Harajuku - Ginza high fashion street - Ueno ex-black market shopping alley

This is a walking plus train/subway tour. We usually walk 3 to 7 miles during the tour. We can reduce the walking distance by cutting places to visit, using taxi, etc., as per the client's request. Taxi costs you around yen 500 - 5,000 depending of the distance and time used. As Tokyo taxi is good for four passengers, we need two cars if we are five or more.
Ota City, Tokyo, 144-0041 Japan
We'd usually start our tour on second floor (arrival hall) of Terminal 3, Haneda International Airport, and finish at one of the stations where the clients take a train back to Haneda.
