Daytrip to Enoshima and Kamakura. Once ancient samurai town - now laid back small town near the sea with prevailing UNESCO features. We will see 42 feet/ 13 m tall Great Buddha statue and temple with Goddess of Mercy made out of one piece of wood in beautiful Japanese garden with caves Possible to see Mt. Fuji 🗻 from the Enoshima too, if weather permits.
We had a fantastic trip with Marie. As a party of two adults and a child, she made us feel totally at ease throughout our adventure, providing insights and information that was applicable to each level of person on our tour. Looking forward to booking Marie again on our next adventure to Japan!
Suggested itinerary can be: 9:00 leaving Tokyo from a train station close to your hotel 11:30 arrival to Enoshima - walk to the island - view from Sea Candle / amazing garden with a many flowers now in a full bloom 13:00 lunch on the way, sashimi are the highlights of Enoshima cousine (other option for those who dont eat fish) 15:00 Kamakura, Great Buddha and Hasedera 17:00 return to Tokyo .... other places upon request, please, feel free to ask beforehand. Our tour will finish in Shinagawa/Shinbashi/Tokyo/Akihabara station. I will help you with directions to your hotel. Transportation is by monorail and a local train. Possible to hire a private car for 4people with driver - ask me for customized tour if you want to maximize your comfort regardless of budget.
