What a joy to have Yuko lead us through the amazing sites of Tokyo. Yuko was knowledgeable of all the transit connections needed to reach the city highlights we wanted to see, so we packed in a lot. We appreciated her suggestion to fit in a stop at the Tokyo National Museum when the weather turned rainy. We enjoyed great conversation, food and invaluable insights into Japanese culture. My wife and I were first time visitors to Tokyo and spent a delightful two days touring the city with Yuko. The first day Yuko arranged for a dedicated driver to pick us up at the end of our cruise and we used the driver for that day’s tour. Yuko and the driver worked together seamlessly to provide a fantastic tour of many locations. The next day Yuko arranged for a tour which combined walking, use of the subway and taxis. Yuko also arranged for us to learn Japanese ink drawing—which was a wonderful experience we will also remember. On each day, Yuko also made arrangements for lunch at small local restaurants, where we sampled very tasty local cuisine. We told Yuko that our only regret about the tours is that we couldn’t spend more time with her seeing more of the great city. She is a great tour guide and you should definitely use her for tours in Tokyo.
