Aimie helped plan our tour ahead of time based on our family’s requests. Her communication over email was wonderful and she taught us a lot about Japanese history and culture as we walked around and toured several Tokyo sights. She was knowledgeable about how to get to the various places and how much we could fit into our time together. I highly recommend Aimie for a tour in Tokyo!
We had a very nice day with Aimie getting our first look at Tokyo. We utilized public transit and she showed us the tricks of moving smoothly through Tokyo. We found Aimie to be enjoyable and knowledgeable as to the culture, history of Japan and sites in and around Tokyo. She was flexible with our itinerary. We would certainly tour with her again.
Our family of 5 had an amazing time with Aimee! From initial booking, communication was flawless. Response time was very quick. Leading up to tour, Amiee took into consideration everything I had on my list and made sure it was included on the tour. Fast forward to day of tour, Amiee came to meet us at our hotel to ensure we felt comfortable. Special treats were given to my kids. So thoughtful. Transportation was explained to us so that we can navigate the remainder of our trip. Throughout the day, Amiee made sure we had places to rest for the kids. At a park, she brought bubbles for them to play with. At lunch, she even entertained them by folding paper cranes. I wasn’t able to get tickets to shibuya but Amiee took us to another location to see the view. So sweet! Throughout the day, she took over 50 photos and send them to me at the end of the day! Best of all, Amiee shared a lot of historical information during the tour! I can not recommend Amiee enough for her professionalism, kindness, and hospitality! Thank you for such a great day in Tokyo!
We had a spectacular day with Aimee. From start to finish, she was very informative, cooperative, helpful, and fun. My husband and I took a full day custom tour and we could not have asked for a better day. She was even very helpful and gave us tips for the rest of our stay in Tokyo.
