Dino is simply the best. So much so that I am tempted to not leave a glowing review because he is already in such demand. This is the second time I've used him and I've recommended him to other friends. He's always been amazing. The only day we had Rain in Rome was the first day we were with him. He checked the forecast and actually modified our itinerary so we could be in the Pantheon to not only have shelter from the rain but get to see the water column through the eye of the roof. That is a level of thoughtfulness and engagement that is rare to the point of being impossible to find. He makes the day fun and interactive and has never failed to identify quickly what the interests are of the group members to provide information to keep everyone engaged. He's a treasure in a city defined by its treasures.

Dino was fantastic! Incredibly knowledgable, animated and kind. He explained the security and ticket protocols to us prior to entering the Vatican and helped direct us to check our stroller. He had pictures/visuals to guide his explanations, and he was understanding of needing breaks with small children in the heat. He was engaging with the kids, and at one point, my 3 year old son took his hand to walk together. Dino was by far the best guide we had during our trip to Italy, and I would very gladly recommend him to any friend or family member traveling to the Vatican.
